Terms of Service

Draft terms. This page is being reviewed before launch and may change.

These terms apply when you use this website, apply to the REVO Academy or enrol in a REVO program. REVO means REVO (Remote Evolution).

1. Applying and enrolling

• You must be 18 or older to apply.
• Applying is free. Admission depends on the result of our admissions test and video introduction.
• The information you give us must be true and your test answers must be your own work.
• A place is confirmed once you are accepted and your fee is paid.

2. Fees

The Academy fee is shown on our pricing page. It is a one-time payment for one learner on one track. Refunds follow our refund policy.

3. Access

Your access to the program runs for 60 days from the day you enrol. Access is personal to you. Do not share your login or course materials with anyone else.

4. Your work and conduct

• Work you submit must be your own. Where a lesson or the capstone allows AI tools, say where you used them.
• Treat other learners and REVO staff with respect in every community space.
• We may suspend or remove a learner for cheating, sharing answers, abuse or misuse of the platform.

5. Third-party tools

The program uses tools made by other companies. You create your own accounts with them and their terms apply to your use. Free plans and trials are controlled by those companies and can change. If one changes, we will give you an alternative way to complete the lab.

6. Certificate

The certificate is issued by REVO when you meet the certificate rules set out on the program page. It is a REVO certificate and is not a university or government qualification.

7. No guarantee of employment

REVO provides training, assessment, a certificate and access to a community. We do not guarantee a job, an interview or an income. Services offered by The Remote Connect are provided by The Remote Connect under its own terms.

8. Our content

Lessons, labs, ticket banks, rubrics and other course materials belong to REVO. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell or publish them.

9. Liability

We provide the program with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid.

10. Changes and contact
