REVO (Remote Evolution) runs this website and the REVO Academy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Application details: your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, time zone, device and internet details, availability and any experience you tell us about.
- Admissions work: your written test answers and your video introduction.
- Learning records: your progress, quiz scores, lab submissions, capstone results and certificate status.
- Messages: anything you send us through our forms or by email.
- Sponsor and donor details: your name, email, organisation and the pledge you make.
We do not ask for or store your card details. Payments are handled by our course platform's payment provider.
Why we use it
- To assess your application and tell you the result.
- To deliver the program, grade your work and issue your certificate.
- To contact you about your application, your studies or your enquiry.
- To improve the program using combined, anonymous results.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our course platform, email and forms. They process your information on our instructions.
- The Remote Connect (TRC), only if you choose to join TRC after graduating and agree to us passing your details on.
- A sponsoring organisation, if an organisation is paying for your place. We share your progress and results with them only with your consent.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with employers without your agreement.
Sensitive information
We do not ask you to disclose your health, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or similar personal details. If you choose to tell us something so that we can support you, we use it only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep application records for unsuccessful applicants for up to 12 months so you can reapply. We keep learner and certificate records for as long as needed to verify your certificate. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any records we must keep by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Email [email protected] and we will act on your request.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Photographs on this site are stock images supplied by Pexels and do not show REVO learners.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
