Why REVO

Training that feels like the job

Remote employers test what you can do. So every part of the program has you doing the work, inside the tools, with a result you can show.

One employer for 60 days

Every lab happens inside one fictional online store. You learn its products, policies and customers, and build the habits a real team expects from day one.

Learn it once, use it in any tool

Views, tags, macros, automations and SLAs work the same way in every helpdesk. Once you know them, a new tool takes hours to pick up.

Proof you can show

Every module ends with something you made: graded replies, an SOP, a metrics sheet, bug reports, call recordings. Your capstone becomes your portfolio.

AI built in

A full AI module, plus an AI exercise in every other module. You graduate able to use AI and to check its work, which employers now expect from agents.

Works on low data

Written lessons read well on a phone. Videos are short and come with transcripts. Every written lesson downloads as a PDF.

Honest about outcomes

REVO gives you skills, a certificate and a community. We never promise a job, and we teach you how to spot the people who do.

Try it

Answer one ticket

This is what a lab looks like. A customer writes in, you choose the reply, and you get scored the way a QA reviewer scores a real agent.

In the program you write your own replies. Here you just pick one.

The 60-day path

From first lesson to certificate in five stages

The program is self-paced. Follow the recommended schedule and you finish in 60 days at about 1.5 to 2 hours a day.

Core skills

You set up your remote workstation, learn how support teams run and what they measure, then write. A lot. By the end you can structure a reply, calm an angry customer and document your work.

The capstone

Your final test is a full shift

You work the store you've trained in for 60 days, under time pressure, across email, chat and voice. It is graded on the REVO QA scorecard, which covers the eight things reviewers check on working agents.

  • 40 tickets sent to your own helpdesk
  • 5 live chats with AI customers
  • 2 voice calls with AI callers
  • A 4-hour window
  • End-of-day report and escalation note
  • Pass mark of 75 on the QA scorecard

After you graduate

A certificate, a community and a next step

Finishing the program is the start. Two things are waiting for you on the other side.

The REVO community

Graduates join the REVO community: a peer network, job leads shared by members and partners, and referrals where we can make them.

The Remote Connect (TRC)

TRC is our career-support partner. Graduates can move into the TRC community for help with the job search itself: CV and profile positioning, remote job opportunities, application support and interview preparation. TRC membership is optional and separate from the Academy fee.

No job guarantee. Hiring decisions belong to employers. REVO and TRC prepare you, support your applications and make introductions where we can. Anyone who promises you a remote job for a fee is someone to avoid, and Module 13 teaches you how to tell.

Questions

Before you apply

Do I need experience?

No. The program is built for total beginners and for people with a few months of support experience. You do need clear written and spoken English, which the admissions test checks.

Do I need a laptop?

Yes, from Module 4 onward. The first modules work on a phone, but helpdesk tools need a laptop or desktop. You also need a steady internet connection and a backup option.

Will REVO get me a job?

We don't promise jobs. You graduate with skills, a certificate, a portfolio and a community that shares leads and referrals. Our partner, The Remote Connect, offers job-search support if you want it.

What does it cost?

The Academy is a one-time fee of $169. Applying is free. You pay only after you're accepted.
