Who it's for

Built for people who keep things in order

No degree or office background required. This is general admin training: broad enough to support a founder, a small team or an agency client.

  • Total beginners who want a first remote role
  • People with a few months of admin or office experience who want structure and a certificate
  • Organised, detail-minded people moving from teaching, hospitality, retail or reception work
  • Learners in Africa first. We open globally after the first intake graduates

What you need

  • A laptop or desktop from Module 3.
The first modules work on a phone. Inbox, calendar and Sheets labs don't.
  • Steady internet and a backup.
Mobile data as a fallback is fine.
  • 1.5 to 2 hours a day.
You choose when. The schedule suggests a pace.
  • Clear English and a careful eye.
Admissions includes a writing test and an accuracy test.
How this track works

Trained on the things clients pay for

Accuracy is the product

An assistant who is right 95% of the time creates work for the client. Accuracy checks, data quality control and a pre-send checklist run through every module.

Judgment, as well as tasks

Clients pay for decisions: what to escalate, what to decline and what to flag early. You practise those calls all the way through, and they are graded in the capstone.

Two clients from day one

You support the founder of an online brand and a small design studio. Both are fictional, both send real work, and sometimes they both want it now.

Curriculum

15 modules. Two clients. 60 days.

Each module has lessons, a lab, a quiz and an AI exercise. Open a module to see what you learn and what you build.

D60 Final exam and certification Day 60 · 60 questions

A timed, 90-minute exam of 60 questions drawn from a larger bank. Pass at 80% and meet the certificate rules below, and your REVO certificate is issued.

The capstone

Your final test is a working week

Five simulated workdays, compressed into four. Requests from both clients land in your inbox on a schedule, and everything you produce goes into the client's Drive folder, where it is graded.

  • Inbox, calendar and travel requests
  • Invoices, research and a slide deck
  • Two urgent changes mid-week
  • One request you should push back on
  • Status report, time log and handover
  • Pass mark of 75 on the VA scorecard

The REVO VA scorecard

Eight things reviewers check on every piece of work.

  • Accuracy
  • Completeness
  • Judgment
  • Communication
  • Timeliness
  • File and data hygiene
  • Confidentiality
  • Proactivity

Some errors fail a piece of work outright: sharing credentials or client data unsafely, booking or paying without approval, inventing information, missing a deadline without flagging it, or acting on a change of payment details without verifying it.

Tool stack

The tools on your CV when you finish

You create your own accounts with your own email. Almost everything runs on a free plan, so there are no trial windows to manage.
