Sponsor a cohort into remote work
For NGOs, community programmes, foundations and employers. You bring the people. REVO trains them for 60 days, and our partner The Remote Connect supports the job search that follows.

Training with a pathway after it
Training alone leaves people with a certificate and nowhere to take it. A sponsored cohort follows one connected route from selection to employment support.
Your organisation
You know your community. You lead the parts that depend on that trust.
- Outreach and participant selection
- Participant coordination and support
- Safeguarding and inclusion
- Reporting to your funders
REVO Academy
We deliver the two-month training and skills phase.
- Career-track training with practical labs
- Remote-work and workplace preparation
- Assessments and graded assignments
- Capstone, final exam and certification
The Remote Connect
TRC takes graduates into structured employment support.
- CV and professional positioning
- Targeted remote job sourcing
- Applications and interview preparation
- Referrals where opportunities exist
One route, ten steps
- Identify
- Assess
- Train
- Position
- Connect
- Apply
- Interview
- Employ
- Support
- Grow
Participants are assessed before they start, trained for 60 days, then supported through applications and interviews. Those who are hired keep getting support as they settle into the role.
Designed for people who face barriers to conventional work
Work without relocating
Remote roles remove the daily commute and the need to move cities. That matters for carers, people with disabilities and people outside the main economic centres.
Selection on ability
Entry is based on communication skills, willingness to learn and readiness to take part. A university degree is not required.
Low-bandwidth delivery
Written lessons read well on a phone, videos come with transcripts and every tool runs on a free plan or trial.
Self-paced study
Participants study when it suits them, at about 1.5 to 2 hours a day. That fits around caregiving and other work.
Accessibility planned up front
Tell us what your participants need before the cohort starts and we'll work through adaptations with you.
Straight talk on outcomes
We prepare people, support applications and make referrals. Hiring decisions stay with employers, so nobody is promised a job.
Simple per-learner pricing
The Academy fee is $169 per learner, paid once. It covers the full 60-day program, assessment and certificate.
Employment support through The Remote Connect is quoted per cohort, based on how much hands-on application support your participants need.
Participant costs such as devices, data and stipends sit with the sponsoring organisation. The admissions stage records each applicant's device and internet access, so you can see who needs what before the cohort starts.
Start small, then scale on evidence
We recommend a pilot cohort first. It shows you who benefits most, how long placement takes and what one participant costs from enrolment to employment.
- Enrolment and progress by participant
- Quiz, lab and capstone results
- Completion and certification numbers
Reporting is shared with the sponsoring organisation with participants' consent.
