Refund Policy

Draft policy. This page is being reviewed before launch and may change.

We want you to be sure before you pay. Applying is free, and you only pay the Academy fee once you have been accepted.

When you can get a refund

• Within 7 days of payment, if you have not gone beyond Module 1, you can ask for a full refund.
• Duplicate or mistaken payments are refunded in full.
• If REVO cancels your enrolment for a reason that is not a breach of our terms, you are refunded in full.

When refunds are not available

• More than 7 days after payment.
• Once you have started Module 2 or later.
• If you are removed from the program for cheating or abuse.
• If you do not finish within your 60 days of access.

Sponsored seats

If an organisation or donor paid for your place, any refund goes back to the payer.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you enrolled with and include your full name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
